For the availability listed above, the application fee is $19.00 per adult.  There is a refundable security deposit, equal to one month’s rent. $135.00 of that is due upfront to hold the unit (along with the completed application). The $135.00 is non-refundable 72 hours after submission if you cancel or it will be applied towards the deposit at move in.
